At least the Vikings have their own stadium...

I'm excited about the possibility of getting a new stadium for the Vikings and I would hate to be a Jets fan. Playing in the Jints house for home games would suck. Their new stadium was voted down again a few weeks back and now it appears they wil continue to have no home games for years to come:

The funny thing is that they are both NY football teams and they really play at their stadum in East Rutherford, NJ. So they should be the NJ Jets and Giants, I just always found that funny.

The Vikings don't have "their own" stadium technically...they share with the Twins and the Gophers....I would hate to be the Twins, having to shut down a game last year so the Gophers could play....I thought that was b/s....the college junk can wait, pros are pros for a reason and they should be treated like it......

True, the point was not that they don't share it...at least they don't share the stadium with the Packers or Bears. It would suck to share the home field with another NFL team.

I agree that they should move a NY team to LA, screw New Yorkers...they get everything they want in terms of sports....all the media coverage.....two football and baseball teams.....and soon to be 2 NBA teams, cuz Jay-Z is gonna move the Nets to Brooklyn....so I would love to see a NY team moved....it would give them an insight to how we feel when they're gonna "move the Vikings" or "contract the Twins".....those "precious" New York futhermuckers!!!!
