The league has announced it will reveal the primetime games for opening weekend Monday, the first day of the NFL meetings in Florida.
This usually means that the rest of the season announcements will be release in a week or so.
They released the opening weekend games on the first day of the owners meeting last year too.
In 2007 the schedule was supposed to be released April 5th, but didn't come out until April 11th.
So since it is delayed again, I expect it to come out about a week late this year too.

I did have to laugh though - the PackerNews story just reported that the planned April 3rd release wasn't going to happen - yet we have known that here for a couple of weeks.
