The Vikings took Moss in 1998 with the 21st pick and landed the Rookie of the Year. They may have done it again this year, grabbing Adrian Peterson with the seventh pick. The running back had injury issues at Oklahoma, but when he’s healthy he’s nearly unstoppable. Teamed with Chester Taylor, Peterson should have a monster year for Minnesota.

Thats the first I've heard of AD being compaired to Walter Payton....If he's even a fraction of the runner Payton was, we will all be grinnning ear to ear....

well I have heard A.P. being compared to the likes of Eric Dickerson, compared to Walter Payton now that is a new one I hope thats the case cuz then I think we will be doing just fine.

More Adrian hype...I sure hope he lives up to all of this.
Expectations are so high now, if he doesn't rush for over 1000 yards and 10 TDs he is going to be a disappointment.
