Pro Bowls -> Knee injury -> bench in a Gregg Williams defense?? ..... can't be good, we need to pass on him. Williams makes all-pro's out of nobodys so for him to not start Lavar .... means something is very wrong and he's damage goods.
Plus...after Williams replaces Tice at the end of the season, he would just bench Arrington again next season! So we would be stuck with an even more expensive benchwarmer than Bennett next season.

Bargain basement head coach - $1,000,000
    Bright defensive coordinator - $2,000,0000
    Pro-bowl Linebacker - $4,500,0000
    Pro-bowl Running Back replica - $3,200,0000

    Sarcasm... - Priceless.

sure another injury prone linebacker, just what we need. no doubt that this guy is talent, but he sure isnt on the field very much. and him even being on the trade blocks means that he no longer has value to the redskins and probley is damaged goods.
    We're bringing purple back.

We cannot continue to try and fix these crucial problems by throwing more players at it.

The issues with this team are at the base of it's structure, trying to fix it by putting more talent on top is just going to make the debris pile that much bigger when this MOFO hits the ground.

Amen bro', A-fricken men ........... Would love Williams in here as the head coach or at the very least take Cottrells spot. I'm over Cottrell, I have given that guy every benefit of the doubt and he still hasn't delivered. You can talk all you want about taking time for the "D" to gell and injuries and such. But look, good coaches have ALL their players ready to go at all times. Look what the Pats, Eagles, Carolina ...etc do every year. They loose a player and another steps up. Do you ever see that on the Vikes, no. Oh no, K Will went down .... the "D" would fall apart. Enough's, enough with all the "professional" excuses .... Put up or get out IMO !!!

Del Rio hit the nail on the head. Adding more players isn't going to fix the Vikes problems.

we can't afford Lavar anyway. Doesn't he have like a 100 million dollar contract?

Re: Lavar Arrington to be traded soon

He has played 66 of 80 mising 12 of them last year and you call him injury prone...

The reason why he is sitting on the bench is because Washington runs a scheme and Lavar Arrington plays what he wants. He has so much talent he really doesnt care to learn the position he just runs around and uses his freakish athleticism. I really dont see us trading/picking him up because EJ is doing good and replacing Napo would make us look like even bigger morons and I dont think we want to do that.
