But I heard this last night on ESPNradio at 3 a.m. when they were giving "fun facts" of the NFL.
But the last team to win when it's Quarterback had a rating of 1.3 or lower was the Vikings in 1971 against the Lions on, I believe he said, December 3rd. Don't take my word on the date, but I know it was in December.

The rating? 0.0
