Kiffin's first contact with Moss doesn't go well

I thought that Lane Kiffen was just named the Gophers coach? This morning I seen him on sportscenter as the new Raiders coach. Whats up with that? I doubt he trades Moss or Porter.
I did not want to start another Randy Moss thread, so I put this article in a thread that talks about both guys..

I am going to keep my comments to the feud part and not just Randy comments.
This is when Al needs to be Al for the right reason.
Bench Moss for a year if what he did was true.
These guys (TO, DC, Moss) must only be concerned about their numbers.
If people are going to sit them down and take the hit on the cap, that would be a statement.
Kiffen is young, Moss doesn't respect him (apparently), and Moss is worried about winning.
Sucks to be you Moss!
Can you imagine that being one of your first experiences as an NFL coach, getting chewed out by a prima-dona WR diva.
Sucks to be you Kiff!
Are the players going to run this League or what?

Kiffin, by contrast, supposedly had trouble reaching Moss by phone. When he finally did, as the story goes, Moss told him in a pointed, profane terms he wasn't interested in talking.

The key word there is supposedly , you think one of them would have commented on this by now, but still nothing. Yesterday Warren Sapp was on PTI, and they didn't even bring it up.
I would be no means surprised if this were true, but if it is I don't care.

Re: Kiffin's first contact with Moss doesn't go well
Randy's getting old, he's lost a step, he's a cancer on the team as TO is...He's not now and never will be again the talent
he was with the Vikings before the trade. He'd better realize he doesn't "have it" anymore and can't demand the treatment he had. His value on the market is dropping like a rock.
And yet sdaying all of that negative stuff, he's still better than any WR the Vikes have now!

Even so I still would not want him back!Kentucky Vikes Fan

When you require nothing, you get nothing; when you expect nothing, you will find nothing; when you embrace nothing, all you will have is nothing.

This is actually bad news for the folks who are hoping against hope for Calvin Johnson to drop... If Oakland trades Moss, they could enter the ring for CJ too...

Wouldn't it be something if we traded a first rounder for moss and cj ended up being a dude w/moss talent and rice work ethic?
Wait, if there's cat food in this bag............................

Anyone that trades a first for Moss has clouded their judgement from too much sniffing.Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please. Mark Twain
