i think that u are crazy if u think that this years group is better that is insane moss is the most difference making wr in the game u cant stop him from making a big play lucas is saying that this group is harder cuz they all can get it done, pry cuz we dont rely onone guy and more but no way they are better then any group of wr's that has moss on the team
Good god man, I am a stickler I know, but just a little puncuation could help.
But to your point. You really think that Oakland's WR's are that much better than ours? I don't think so. Just having Moss does not make the crew better. Like I said, I would probably take last year's crew over this season's, but just adding Moss to any group does not make them better than ours. I mean Jerry Porter has always been a solid No. 2 at best and who else do they have? Moss can make game-changing plays of course, but so can Burly and M-Rob and I think T-Will is moving into that category. Just my thoughts. I mean I miss Moss as much as the next guy, but I also am not diluded into thinking his set of wideouts is automatically the best. (Hell, I would definitely take Indy over Oakland for that matter too.)

Yeah guys, that really sounds about right to me.Let's see, when Moss is running down the field and taking three guys with him,the other recievers were much easier to cover. If any of the Vikings recievers were any good, teams would be double covering some of them instead of blitzing every down.Culfumbler is getting sacked so much this year because we have no deep threat,no reciever requires double coverage and teams can just blitz every down.If the Vikes still had Moss going deep, you can bet your life that these teams wouldn't be blitzing their safety's every down and letting him run loose one on one down the field.anyone compare Culfumblers stats for the first 6 games this year against his stats of last years, sacks, fumbles, ints,td passes, etc.I wonder if he still thinks the Vikes and himself are better without Moss.

how can you lose the best WR in the league and get better? that doesnt make sense. but there is some sense to what he is saying. we have 4 very solid recivers and it is very hard to cover all of those guys at the same time because they all have the skill to get open and make plays.
It makes sense if you lose No. 1 and pick up Taylor, K-Rob and Williamson. I still think I would take a 1-3 punch of Moss, Burly and M-Rob, but I definitely dont think our Five-deep talent is that bad. It does seem to make it tough to get one in rythm though.
the thing is that you cant have 5 WR on the field the whole time. i would much rather have a threat like RM and have two 80 rated madden players along with him. 5 players all in the 80s is really useless because they cant play all the time.
    We're bringing purple back.

It isn't just the five WRs that make the unit better add in Wiggins who is as good as he was last year the return of Jimmy K who was hurt all of last year and the maturation of Moore and it offers a very deep core group that allow us to do a lot of things to help us win.

Ken Lucas, an all pro corner for the Carolina Panthers said this will be a tougher group of receivers than Just Moss, Burleson, Robinson, Howry and Williamson from the previous years. He said WE HAVE ALL GOOD RECEIVERS AND YOU DONT KNOW WHO WILL BE COMING NEXT!!! If Ken Lucas said it, it must really mean something because HE IS COVERING WR's ALL THE TIME!!!!

I seriously think Indy and us have the best group of Receivers in the NFL.

Burly, Willliamson, KROB, MROB, TTAYLOR is better than Moss, Robinson, Burleson, Campbell, Howry.

Anyone with football knowledge knows that a group of solid wrs is better than 1 good wr and the rest just average.
I think that Lucas really means that it is harder to game plan. They don't know how the Vikes will use each WR. They have no game film of these guys this year that is worth anything. Our offense gave different looks last week. We still haven't used K-Rob in a significant role. It does seem like a question mark to the DB, trying to game plan.

On the other hand, it is a question mark for our team from a timing and gelling aspect.

Re: Ken Lucas said our receivers are harder to stop without Moss

i agree with what people were saying when they said, they thought Lucas just met that they don't have to just key in on one player and stop him in order to stop our offense. if they lock down Burleson who is supposedly our #1 receiver we still have other weapons to look for.

    Thanks Josdin
