    Justin Tuck To Appeal Fine

    http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3688036

Did anyone see the hit on Brooks Bollinger?

I remember when this was encouraged

What do you guys think of the fine?

That hit was such a joke.
Did you hear what the referee called the penalty on Tuck?
It was something like "tackling the quarterback with his full body weight."
    This is just silly.

I thought it was a joke too

He was running full speed and feel on top of him

Didn't lead with his helmet or anything

    Del Rio any thoughts?

Mike and Mike both agreed the NFL embarassed themselves with this

After Polomalu called the NFL and pansy league and they disagreed

Then they go and fine someone for a textbook tackle

    WOW

I hope Justin Tuck wins this appeal

You could even see his arm kinda brace the fall which shows he was tryin to brace the fall a bit

Idk what the NFL would have preffered him to do with this hit

    Textbook is right.
That is exactly how you should tackle a quarterback.
He didn't hit his head, he didn't hit him low, he didn't lead with his, he didn't throw him down, and he didn't hit him late.
Maybe the league needs to hold a wimpy tackling seminar.
    Al Harris can host it.

    No shit dude

I dont get what the NFL is trying to do

You can't really avoid this unless you tell everyone to play at half speed

If you want to watch a real man's game that allows hits, watch the NHL... Goodell is making the NFL into a joke.
    Disclaimer: I'm an idiot.
