A judge has declared a mistrial in the assault case of former Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry.

Thanks for the read my friend.
I guess it really doesn't come down to what the courts say with respect to the new league policy (or how they are enforcing it) but rather, what does the boss (in the NFL's case the Commish) think of what happened.
Was the incident significant enough to put a blemish on the leagues image?
If so, suspension. If not.....Carry on.
I've said it before and I will keep saying it, doesn't matter how good/bad you are, something is gonna happen if a player doesn't conform to the leagues policy with respect to off field incidents.Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.
