Johnny Jolly suspended for entire 2010 season

Could be more - his suspension is "indefinate".

About time.. Im not sure what took.. Even though the trial was postponed I believe it was still obvious what happened

This won't hurt.. They have plenty of quality lineman.. Cullen Jenkins and BJ Raji will have great years.. Maybe the rooks they drafted will as well

I was never concerned about Jolly.. Was a slight flash in the pan

Guess his NFL pay wasn't enough and he felt he needed to find a little extra cash on the side. Tough times.

Packers made some good offseason moves to prepare for this. This isn't going to hurt them at all.

Meh still funny. Packer fans always rip on us for having bad eggs but their list is piling up. LOL

Isn't going to hurt them at all?

Losing a starting lineman hurts, no matter how much you prepared for it. They have ALOT of question marks at DE now. They still have Cullen Jenkins, but the rest are players they hope can fill in. They very well could end up relying on a second-round draft pick to hold the position down right away with Mike Neal.

This definitely hurts their front, of course, being a 3-4 team, this does not seem to hurt as much as it would a 4-3 team, but it definitely hurts them.

That's where Ryan Pickett comes in. The line right now would look like this.

    Jenkins - Raji - Pickett.

I think that they're hoping to get some more of an inside push from Raji, who can actually rush the passer a bit, and let Pickett eat blocks so that Brad Jones, who isn't that strong, gets one on ones with HBs and TEs, rather than RTs.

Anyway, back to Jolly, maybe an entire season is a bit much, especially since he hasn't actually been punished in court just yet, but his actions were more than stupid. A suspension is well deserved.

pretty sure everyone saw this coming, the packers will have a very strong D again this year w/o him no problem.

As a Packer fan, I'm not sad we lost this turd. Remember the first Packer-Viking game, the Vikes were stopped near the goalline on a great play by Nick Barnett, and he gets tagged 15 yards unsportsmanlike for jawing with a Viking after the play! Bam, the Vikes score a TD and we toss away four points!

Good riddance to bad rubbish. TT knew it was coming which is why he drafted two DLs, which confused fans.
