LOL, no doubt. Two stages of being a Dolphins fan this offseason.....
1. The Dolphins trade for Daunte Culpepper

2. The you find out that Culpepper may not play in 2006 and that Joey Harrington may become your backup / starting QB

With Miami's O-Line not being any good, Harrington will suck there as well. I feel the "Golfins" nickname will remain intact.
If you think he will do bad with the Fins, what do you think a 6'4 250lb QB with a bad wheel will do behind that horrid line? If Pepp does play next season, he will be a hurtin unit before he is done with the season..

He does play mean piano though, so he has that going for him.I don't know man, they gave him everything around him and mooch has done some good things with other QBs. I think he was just overhyped in college and then taken way too high. Granted he had young talent around him, but he still had talent and he just couldn't do anything with it. If I'm the lions I just chalk this up as a loss and part ways any way I can. To get a 6th round pick for him would be a win!"Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn t work hard."

Dolphins | Saban not discussing Harrington
Fri, 21 Apr 2006 08:30:06 -0700
Harvey Fialkov, of the Sun-Sentinel, reports Miami Dolphins head coach Nick Saban avoided commenting about the possible acquisition of Detroit Lions QB Joey Harrington due to the league's tampering rules. "The player in question is under contract with another team, so I would rather not comment about that particular situation," said Saban. "Certainly we have some things to do to get that to happen and we would be pleased if we could make it happen." The Lions are wanting a fourth-round pick in exchange for Harrington, while Miami is offering a future sixth-round pick. Harrington has said he has agreed to terms with Miami and is awaiting a trade or a release.

I still think Joey has a chance to develop into a very solid QB, now that he's free of the shadow cast by that dope Millen.I am a dipshit!!!
