I wouldn't be mad if we got Coles.. Hes alright

Marvin harrison maybe for a year would be a decent pick up as long as he still doesn't want a shit load of money

There isn't a whole lot of
good fits here I don't think
those 3 would be nice pick ups.

and i wouldnt mind trading for chad ocho cinco

He almost got 1000 yards with an injured Lord Favre. I would take him in a heartbeat. We need to upgrade our WRs.

ON FURTHER REVIEW, COLES WALKED AWAY FROM HIS $6 MILLION

I would too. Who knows who their QB will be. The great one retired.

Was out shooting my bow today and listening to Sirius.

Sounds like the gut is going on big time this year.
    ;D

Lots and lots of "Unexpected talent" on the waiver wire for a
team a player or two away me thinks....
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

it worked for the Falcons & Dolphins, so I expect a lot of teams "on edge" will be more willing to dump aging vets to give a team of young guys a chance to contend and prove themselves

I will give you the Dolphins but I don't thing the Falcons had a wholesale gutting.
They retained alot of nice parts and added a few (RB, QB)

Maybe he wants to go to a contender?

i was mainly comparing that they let a lot of fan favorite vets go, kind of like the buccs just did

    Re: Jets cut Coles

I'd like the idea of picking up Coles as I think he would be worth it. However if he's left NY due to uncertainty over the QB there so I don't see that he'd want to come to Minny with question marks over both QB AND the offensive playcalling.
Time spent annoying a Packer fan is never time wasted...
