Thread: Jay Foreman done.

Jay Foreman of the Texans (Chuck Foreman's son) is done for the season. MRI was not good, and at this point looks like it will require 2 surgeries.

Jay would instantly obtain Viking celebrity status from the Vike Fans on the merit of being Chuck's son. He would have to be super on the field or the fickle fans would be super hard on him.

I don't know if it would be good for him to come to the Vikes, now that I think about it.

He was a celeb here in HS. They'd show him on the news everyweek. It was a huge deal having Chuck Foreman's son being coached by Bud Grant's son. Wouldn't be anything new to him. :rr:

I realize that it is not likely that he would end up in MN but out of curiosity, when is his contract up in Houston.

Next year is his contract year.

I saw that injury report on Sunday but I forgot to mention anything. That really sucks, hopefully he'll come back and be able to produce to the same capabilities and not have any lingering effects!
