I always have thought that draft picks should be used on football players and not kickers.

    Yeah................
A kicker in my opinion is almost like a closer, how many times have a team needed a game tieing/winning field goal only to watch that baby fly wide or short.
You can draft a Kicker quite high if he's good enough, and for drafting a crappy kicker, look at how many busts we've had in the first round we'd give up for a great kicker.
    But enough of that.

Janiskowski could kick a medicine ball in from 50 yards.
The man is a freak of nature as far as kickers go, just imagine having a kicker who has a chance of putting it in from the 40, on the wrong side.

I'm not sure I like him that much. I'm aware that he has probably has the strongest leg out there, but he shanks way to many balls. I'd take consistency over distance any day.

Thanks to PPE for the sig.

Wow, is Sebastian Janikowski an amazing kicker or what?
Did you see that replay before halftime when they showed him hitting the crossbar about 10 yards up on a 64 yard field goal?
And then that 49 yarder he made before halftime looked like it would have been good from 70.
I truly believe he could make a 70 yard field goal! Wow, no wonder they spent such a high draft pick on him.
You gotta love that big dumb drunk Polock.

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!
