Jaguars | B. Williams arrested on DUI charges

News4Jax.com reports Jacksonville Jaguars CB Brian Williams was arrested Saturday, Sept. 2, for allegedly driving under the influence. Officers said they pulled him over after watching his 2006 Bentley swerving on Bay Street early Saturday morning. The arrest reports claims the officer noticed an odor of alcohol on Williams, but he denied that he had been drinking. As Williams got out of the car, he stumbled and said, "I ain't gonna blow." He stepped off the line three times during a field sobriety test and then told officers he would no longer cooperate. After being arrested and placed in the back-seat cage of the patrol car, police claim he used racial slurs toward the arresting officer and was profane the entire time. Because he has not been convicted of a crime and is not in violation of any league policy, he could be available to play Week 1.

Maybe it wasn't such a bad idea we let him go, if he did that here, who knows how much flak we would get then.

Thank god he is not around here ... more off the field trouble is not something this team needs ... hopefully it is smooth sailing for us from here on out and only our ex-players (Culpepper, Williams) are out there looking like idiots.

for some reason, im pretty sure articles are going to make it a specific point to mention he played for the vikings before going to jacksonville

The drinking is irrelevant here people.. B Will is driving a Bentley..

I guess pro athletes think it is not cool to call a cab for a ride home.. That is to bad.. It will take but one time when a great sports player gets killed because of drinking and driving for these morons to see that it is wrong..

niiiice looks like Tice has a good lock on his boys down in Jacksonville and yeah I definetaly agree they will make sure and mention he used to be in Minnesota like we corrupted him or somethin haha
