I bet he is excited, but also nervous as hell. I hope that he does good and I hope the Steelers win it.

PITTSBURGH (AP) - The Pittsburgh Steelers signed linebacker Arnold Harrison from their practice squad Tuesday to replace Andre Frazier, who will miss the Super Bowl with a broken right ankle.

Frazier was injured during the Steelers' 34-17 victory over Denver in the AFC championship game Sunday. Harrison is a 6-foot-3, 236-pound free agent from Georgia.

To replace Harrison on their practice squad, the Steelers signed defensive tackle Grant Bowman. He spent the 2004 season on their practice squad but was released during training camp last summer.

What's all this ring talk? Steelers are going down worse than Paris Hilton on a saturday night. Groan.

The winning team gets 150 rings, and they can give them to whoever they want, even the gatorade girl, as this article from last year describes.

Did you know that the losing team also gets rings? There are guidelines about them that say that they have to be worth a certain percentage less than the championship ring. These are often refered to as the AFC or NFC championship rings...

Also, Minneapolis based Jostens has made the majority of the Super Bowl rings. Shame they haven't made one for the home team yet, but I keep hoping!
