I'd be more interested in either drafting a guy, maybe going after Boldin if the price is lowered, or possibly even Ocho Cinco.
Boldin will be a Cowboy or Eagle and Chilly will never allow Chad here.
I dont think it is out of the question.
He was very quiet last year and he never has had off the field issues.
If he wants out bad enough, I think he would be willing to make amends.
He can't stand it in Cincy and who can blame him.
Plus he would be reunited with Madieu.

Over the past 2 years he has more yards than Bernard Berrian, Chad Johnson and Boldin. He also played on one of the worst offenses in the nfl both years.
The jags made a smart move.

    Well see.
I think he's def. on the decline though.

Well, when you're as good as he has been, being slightly worse is still better than 90% of the WRs in the game.

Think Holt still has some solid football in him. Time will tell I guess.

    I realize that.
I would like to have him, but Im just saying I'm not all that disappointed.
It was not a make or break factor in my eyes.
Its not like we needed to have him.
There are still other options that could produce similar, if not better, results.
He's still a very solid receiver, but I think we can find other solid guys too.

    Re: Holt to the Jags

Its true that his productivity was down a bit last year but that can/could be attributed to the team more than him is my guess.

Still, if it is his legs catching up with him (11 years) and he continues to get a little less productive (as his stats show) seems a bit pricey for, at best, 6 or 7 TD's.
Hell, as poorly as El Syd played last year he had 4 TD's and is a hell of alot cheaper.
