Josh Freeman reminds me of Rothlisberger ...

Pretty good game from him today ... - Kept his poise, despite a terrible start ...

    Rodgers ... 3 INT ... and a abysmal quarterback rating ...

Not to mention New Orleans Saints .... - Getting hammered early on by Carolina ...

At this point ... I do believe the Vikings haven't gotten the respect they are due ... - Looks alot like the Vikings are indeed the best team in the NFL right now, along side the 7-0 Colts ...
Uh ... first ... the Saints have not lost yet.

Second ... it is the 8-0 Colts.

Third ... the Vikings are getting a decent amount of respect from what I have seen. And I don't know why we would be "due" any.

Fourth ... welcome to the site.

I know the Saints haven't lost yet ... - But that doesn't mean that they are "The Best" ...
Much like earlier years where it seemed like the AFC was alot more competitive than the NFC ...

The Colts are the Colts ... - I wouldn't expect much less heh ... However ... Considering how the Colts have been playing (well) ... they are still very "one dimensional" ...

When I speak about "respect due", I'm referring to all the experts, most of whom have the Vikings either 3rd or even 4th in Power Rankings ... - If those experts were true to what they seem to say all the time, by all accounts they should have the Vikings at #2 spot ... - In my opinion ...

Thanks for the welcome, - I've been reading these boards for more than 2 years now heh ... - I've always have a "soft" spot for the word "Viking", since I'm from Denmark lol

Without an offensive line Rogers doesn't stand a chance, Those clowns let him get sacked 6 more times today. That's 37 for the season.
Did you watch the game? The line is not the reason he is getting sacked. The fact that he holds the ball unless some is WIDE open is why he gets sacked.

Re: Pack lose to previously winless Buccaneers

I know them Packer fans really love the stats that AR has.
But I think that Favre probably would have won that game for them.

I pointed that out in our first game against Green Bay and was ignored by the Packtard nation.
Rodgers will probably be a good QB in the future, but he needs to find a set of balls first.
He's been playing it cautious and piling up stats...but he can't WIN.

    The rest is just fluff.

He not only loses winnable games ... he NEVER makes late drives to get the win.

He definitely is a stat hound. He intentionally threw the last ball our of the end zone to avoid a INT. He should have thrown at least two hail mary's prior to that. He very rarely takes a short pass and will always take a sack before even throwing the ball away.

A promise you that in private when talking to people he says, "Look at my numbers, it is not my fault" ... which is exactly why it is.
