I enjoy watching football in the dome, I like the atmosphere.
Watching baseball in the dome blows donkey balls...The only thing I enjoy is seeing the players perform in front of me... Watching professional sports live is meant to be so much more than that though.
    Aww... that makes me homesick.
I didn't know you were from Wisconsin C Mac!?
    I have a huge Ass.
    Disclaimer: I'm an idiot.

Boy, what a great day to watch the Twins play outdoors!
Jeez and it's only April 3rd!
Imagine how nice it will be all summer long!

Yeah, but a low of 32 tonight would be uncomfortable if it were a night game, heck even 45 is not that comfortable when you are just sitting watching a game.
    Freezing rain expected tomorrow night.

    LOL!
It doesn't get down to 32 until 3AM.

It is supposed to be almost 50 and sunny at the opening pitch (if it were a night game)...
    Never dropping below 40.

Not to mention it would be warmer inside a stadium of 30000 people crammed next to you surrounded enourmous wind blocks.

I'll take the 80 games of nice outdoor baseball for the 4 rain delays if it means playing outside rather than under a teflon roof!

It's nice to know there are still some "old schoolers" out there who would rather watch baseball played on carpet covered concrete under a big white Nazi ceiling with a piece of plastic for a right field "fence" on a converted football field angling your head 45 degrees to watch the batter, then outside in an actual baseball stadium.

To each his own...I'll never understand the indoors is better than out argument.
Your not alone I'm sure...I think you guys are either crazy, or trying to argue for the sake of arguing.

I'll be thinking of you those 4 games a year where the games are postponed due to rain...although that was only the case with Met...likely we won't even see that many delays with the high tech field drainage system.

I'm stoked about outdoor baseball too, I just wont go when the weather sucks. Still a little bitter about it being bought by the taxpayers, Pohlad is a cheaper bastard than McCombs ever was.

I guess thats my stance too.
Usually when I go to a game it's kind of a spur of the moment type of thing, like "Hey we should go to the game today, or tomorrow.
Obviously if the forcase calls for rain, I'll pick a different game to go to.
The only probably will be deciding between going out on the boat on a georgous July afternoon, or hitting the Twins game...my guess is boat wins out more than baseball.
    ;D
