He was arrested in Polk County, Florida in March 2009 and charged with failing to pay $16,600 in child support[12]. His lawyer estimates that he is obligated to pay at least $170,000 per year in child support payments.[10] According to ESPN's "Outside the Lines," Henry is currently in jail for failure to pay child support.

He had upwards of 5 kilos.

There's a federal mandatory minimum of 5 years for 500grams of powder cocaine or 5grams of crack cocaine.

So he had 10x the limit of the amount for a 5 year minimum, he should be happy to be facing 10 years.

Pretty sad story.
I mean this guy has so many kids and so much child support to pay that really slinging some powder was seemingly his only option.
I think he has like 9 kids or something like that and no job.
I feel bad for his kids.
