Seattle Seahawks kicker Josh Brown said he'll wear heated warm-up pants to ward off the cold weather at this weekend's playoff game against the Green Bay Packers in Wisconsin, the Associated Press said.

Brown said he's fitted his pants with battery-powered heaters for the calves, thighs and hamstrings to keep the temperature at 75 degrees (24 Celsius) no matter how cold it gets, AP reported.

Who says kickers are wimps? Oh. Everyone.

You know how they always show the steam rising off of players' heads during cold weather games? Will they show steam coming from his pants to show that it's cold in Green Bay this week? I hope Madden is calling the game for that moment. "Here's a guy that's been starting at Brett Favre too much. What? Doesn't that happen to everybody?"

Kickers stand around alot on the sidelines and the cold would kill your legs

Keep those babies warm!!!

I hate how kickers get so much heat for nothing.. They win the games for you, they can loss them for you..

Guaranteed that farve has hand warmers on the field, and a heater on the side line. The big difference is that when the game is over, favre will be the only one crying on the side line. ;D

Yah for sure!!

QB's use thier hands.. So why is it weird that kickers who use their legs have warmers?

It takes alot to boot a 50 plus yard field goal, so I dont understand why people dont give them credit
