Harvey Fialkov, of the Sun-Sentinel, reports the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League gained exclusive rights of free agent QB Joey Harrington (Dolphins) by placing his name on the team's negotiation list, according to the Toronto Star.

Wow talk about hitting rock bottom. I really cannot belive that he would really go because
not a single NFL team would want him.

eff Toronto. They always get the washed up NFL players, Ryan Leif(Leaf?),
Ricky Williams, Now Joey Harrington. Go ti-cats.

this doesnt mean he has any interest at all in actually playing or anything..theres a ton of NFL players that are either cut or suspended that CFL teams will put on their negotiating lists..its nothing to worry about because there have been numerous star players and high draft picks that have had their names on this list..its meaningless..its just to say, if for some reason this players career completely falls apart to the point where he would consider the CFL, this team would get first dibs on working out a contract with him

And Harrington's career hasnt completely fallen apart??

Culpepper will be in the same situation in a year.
