Re: Green Bay tryin out Freddie! HA HA!!!
I was watching ESPN and they gave the update but I thought I must have not heard them right when they said they signed Taco Wallace. Not only had I not heard of this guy, but I just thought I must have misheard the name and since I knew the word taco I just thought that was what I heard. But I should have known that Cheese and Tacos go together like peas and carrots.
Anyway here he is...
Taco Wallace #82
Position: Wide Receiver
College: Kansas State
NFL Exp: 2 Seasons
Packers Exp: 1 Season
Ht: 6' 0"
Wt: 192 lbs.
Age: 24
Aquired: FA-05
Status: Active Roster

Now lets think about this for a second...if Sharper lays a good hit on him in the game at Lambau Field would it be safe to say that "He rang Taco's Bell"?

those are some amazing pickups.Freddie was shown the door in Green Bay.
How bad has it gotten in Green Bay that they are now having to sign players named for mexican food.
The Green Bay Packers Tuesday made three additions to return their roster to 53-man strength by signing wide receiver Taco Wallace, re-signing running back Walt Williams and claiming on waivers from Tennessee wide receiver Andrae Thurman. Additionally the Packers placed running back Ahman Green on injured reserve and released wide receiver Jamal Jones.
I think that RB out of Old El Paso from a few years ago Quesadilla Smith might be available to take Ahman Greens spot.
While they are at it they might want to pick up Buritto Johnson the kicker to take Longwells spot since he missed all those kicks.
Go vikes!!

How could you name your kid Taco? I heard of these two kids name Oranjello and Lemonjello named after Orange Jello and Lemon Jello. But at least name him Ignacio and call him "Nacho." That's legit.
