I hate the Packers!

Pack signed Goode to long snapper and ready for the Queens. Ted Thompson is one of the truly classy guys in major league sports. Favre needs to grow up and the Jets fans and writers will give hom a big boost at his first 3 or 4 pick game. He's become a stupe, wrecking his relationship with the best fans in sports. Thank you to the Strib for covering the Packers! There's gotta be more Pack fans than Queenies in Mpls. All the knowledgeable football fans I know over there are Packer fans. Same in St. Paul. Doesn't that comment just scream "punch me in the face!"? ...what an idiot, seriously.

Shallow D-line depth: Thompson called releasing Muir "a close call" but suggested that the team doesn't necessarily need to add another defensive tackle after keeping just three on the final cuts. The Packers have just nine defensive linemen, after keeping 11 — including six tackles — last year

Call me silly, however, in this day and age of rotating players and the fact that thier offense should struggle a bit keeping thier D on the field a bit longer, leaves me scratching my balding head over that one.

Seems to me he would have kept an additional lineman instead of cutting back in an effort to try to keep them fresh.

Heres hoping the Vikes offense has at least 4 nice long sustained drives in the first half.
Those boys will be sucking air every time they get off the field.
