Giants put Jones into NYC hospital
Some talk on the radio yesterday that the Giants might give him a "Good Faith" contract, according to his draft slot. Add to that little gem the fact that Goodell (for the NFL) put Jones family up in a hotel for the duration of his recovery.

Doesn't happen alot anymore, but everyonce in awhile, people do things that amaze me, in a GOOD way.

I hope that he can completely recover!

He is lucky to be alive - the car was destroyed.

I am not saying, but I am saying that the accident happened between 5:00am and 6:00am.

Were they up early to go fishing or to do something else?

Or were they out partying and just calling it a night?

I go with the later and if thats the case he cost himself millions of dollars.

Credit to the Giants organisation on the way they've been involved in helping. Pity that actions like this don't get the press coverage they deserve - the media is quick enough to highlight bad decisions made by teams but aren't so quick to inform on some of the things done when, it could be argued, they could just walk away.
