This would never happen for one reason: the New England teams (the AFC North here) could only have ONE team in the Super Bowl. As with everything here in America, the NFL revolves around east coast teams.

This setup would only allow for the Big east coast cities to have a "all about us" Super bowl if the eagles or 'Skins made it all the way.

Does the person who thought this up have any idea how many people will die if the Raiders and Niners played twice a year??

Seriously, I like things the way they are, proably just because I'm used do it. Until NFL teams are struggling with their travel budgets, the divisions are fine.

Our division doesn't change and I could care less what happens to the rest of them. Personally I like the idea. I think it would improve game attendance as well since getting to games by driving instead of flying would be easier for many.
