The difference is that teams that are historically bad on the field are now good (San Diego, New Orleans, Atlanta, Cincinnati, etc.) and the ones that aren't good have a new stadium (Cardinals).
I don't understand the draw for the Raiders though.
They're a terrible team in a terrible city.
I suppose some of it is just due to idiocy (Packers :P).
