The Cleveland Browns announced Sunday, Aug. 6, the signing of CB Ralph Brown (Vikings) to a contract. Financial terms of the deal were not revealed.

The San Diego Chargers announced the signing of free agent C Cory Withrow (Vikings) to a one-year contract. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Browns always sign former Vikings.
I am happy to here about Withrow, I liked him
Good to hear they got picked up.. The current rumor is that Green Bay will soon be signing Paul Edinger.. Hope all but the latter does well this season..
Chargers season is over they have Cory Withrow on their team! He couldn't block an 80 year old lady!
I recall a quote from a radio play-by-play where they quoted Birk as stating "Cory was the best backup center in the league...." then they said it was too bad he was our starter. I wish Cory well in SD and am excited to see Birk back at the heart of our line.
I remember when Ralph Brown picked of Favre in the 04 playoff game :=)
Ralph was a good guy, he's also former vikings CB Earsell Mackbee's nephew
(for those of you that dont know Mackbee he played in 69 including a couple really good plays vs the chiefs in the superbowl, also had 1 more INT & 12 more return yards then Paul Krause)
