And yet you had Charles Johnson singing his praises yesterday on the Afternoon Blitz.

Funny how some players like a authoritarian figure and some don't. Kindof what we saw with the Chiller coming in after Tice.

The guys who don't like structure or hate to conform to rules had problems.
The ones who didn't had no issues.

I think this is the case here.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

If you aren't watching, what Wiley said is that Smith was just a figureheard as Jaguars head coach Jack Del Rio actually called the shots on defense.

"He wasn't the one you looked at and said, 'OK, he's our leader.' We just knew he was standing in front of the room while Jack Del Rio called the shots.
    DelRio is the HC.
If he wants to call the shots, that is his choice.
As a part of DR's coaching staff, you do what you are asked.
Doesn't mean he can't have his own voice on his own.

    Blah Blah Blah.

It is similar to how the Giants may look now at Eli.
When Tiki was there, he was the vet and people looked to him, that probably includes Eli.
    Now, Eli has taken over.
When someone is given the chance to shine, you have to give them the benefit of the doubt they can.

IDK anything about this coach mentioned, just making a general comment.
