    A handsome lifelike Daunte Culpepper bobblehead stood proudly atop my computer while my beloved Minnesota Vikings are sailing along at 5-1 about three years ago.

    Suddenly, inexplicably, with no noticeable burps or wind gusts anywhere, the figurine takes a head-first tumble off its lofty perch and breaks its arm off.

    The Vikings promptly drop three straight, deliver that infamous “Love Boat” scandal and go 6-13 before Culpepper blows out every ligament in his knee....

    This all makes sense to me.
    I know one of our members trashed a Brett Favre bobblehead at her work last week and look what happened against the Giants.
