The Football Link Game

Here is what you do. You link two past or present football players in 5 or less connections. The only connections that can be made are through being teammates.

I'm sure this game has flaws, if so, point them out, and we'll change the rules to make it work. It may turn out that it won't work at all, we'll see..

To start off, Randy Moss to Bart Starr

Let me explain.

If you were going to link Terry Allen and Randy Moss togethers this is what you would do.

Terry Allen to Cris Carter in the early 90's
Carter to Moss in the late 90's
or

Jerry Rice to Dan Marino

Find a teammate of Rice's and keeping on linking it together in 5 links or less to get to Marino.

If you were doing baseball and had to link Babe Ruth to Barry Bonds here would be one of many possible ways to link to two.

Babe Ruth played with Vito Tamulis for the 1934 New York Yankees

Vito Tamulis played with Pee Wee Reese for the 1940 Brooklyn Dodgers

Pee Wee Reese played with Stan Williams for the 1958 Los Angeles Dodgers

Stan Williams played with Jerry Reuss for the 1971 St. Louis Cardinals

Jerry Reuss played with Barry Bonds for the 1990 Pittsburgh Pirates
