I think it's about 50/50 that Favre plays this year.
    Where would he play?

Minny doesn't want him back, he needs to find a team to sign him.

I highly doubt he'll go to a team to be a backup.

Furthermore, I doubt he goes to an outdoor northern team.

    That leaves a short list.
Miami, Tennessee, Oakland, San Francisco, Arizona.

Other than those teams, I wouldn't see him going anywhere.

now, do those teams want him? Would he want to go there? I have my doubts of both points.

If he wants to play he'll find a team. Someone will sign him for jersey sales alone.

I'm not sure you can completely take the Vikings out of the mix, especially if the
    lockout limits Ponders learning.

Fraizer would be smart to leave him behind, even if they do bomb this year.

The team is now his team. He makes this team what it will become. Last thing he needs to do is go back and try and pull Favre out of retirement.

However, having said all this, I truly do believe Favre is done this time. He might get the itch, but he's not going to do anything.

I don't think he believes any team will bring Jackson in as a starter and this greatly hampers his ability to march in August 23rd and pickup 20 mil and be the starter..... now early October after a starter gets hurt and the only face the coach sees in Quinn or Leinart he might pick up the phone... if he's not texting photos

I bet if you got a photo from Favre, you would feel honoured
