Even Brett Favre's incomplete passes stir emotion. After a long miss Monday to Laveranues Coles, a loud fan in the Hofstra bleachers yelled, "Laveranues, he can throw it farther than Chad."....

The $12 million gunslinger fired a few blanks in the morning practice, and it was enough of a concern that Favre said he planned to ask Eric Mangini to limit his throws

Re: Favre's incomplete passes stir chatter during camp

I'm still waiting for stories about Brett Faver having a hang nail in practice, or maybe about how he had to stretch his left leg out more than his right and it could mean something.
The man is 38 and missed training camp and part of the preseason, it would probably take time for him to get back in the swing of things.

Breaking News, Brett Favre may be having indigestion according to one NFL source, how this may impact the season to come.

"My arm is dragging a little bit," said Favre, responding to an innocuous "how-ya-feeling?" question. "It's not really sore, just fatigued....No pain, but I'm 38 years old, (so you) have to be fatigued a little bit."
So anyone still interested in a 38yr QB who's already using his age an excuse for not cutting in training camp?
Same old Bert, new town but always has a reason for something not working

    I don't think so.

His arm should be in great shape after all the times he waved it around in the air this offseason saying "Hey! Look at me!"
