Favorite all time Viking: Joey Joey Browner
Current favorite Viking: None, hurt to damn bad when my boy left. Now its all about the team, and not about the player.

Favorite all time Non Viking: Joe Montanna. Loved watching that cat work his craft in what I believe is the best offensive scheme ever dreamed up.

Favorite all time non Player: The late great Coach Walsh. He took what the late great Donald David Coryell dreamed up and took it to a whole new level that has been copied and integrated into almost every offense on the field today. Not to mention what that scheme has done with respect to defensive schemes and how they have tried to counter it. B)

On a side note, football my friends. Its about my team, but it is really about the GAME.......Greatest team sport ever. I could talk about it all day long, eat some dinner, and talk about it all night long if you will put up with my ass......
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

Threadjack. I have season tickets for the arena team his son plays for, and we were seated next to Connie Payton and their daughter. She is incredibly nice. During the games people were constantly stopping to take pictures with her, talk about Walter and get autographs. She took time out to talk to every one who came up to her.
continuing the threadjck My friend in Indiana went to Chicago and she is a major Bears fan, went to 34 his restaurant and he was there she just stood there like a school kid and he came up and introduced himself and asked if they wanted a table, she just stood like a slack jawed yokel and nodded, her husband a non sports guy asked who it was hmy:

Have to agree with you on the Sweetness call. He was such great person off the field as well as on. He was late everywhere he went because he always took the time to talk to anyone and give them his attention.

    Current, Antoine Winfield.
Why must you defend everything this FO the point of making your self look like a yes man.

    Current Viking: Sidney Rice

Current NFL: Larry Fitzgerald or Peyton manning

all-time viking: Randy Moss (Hmmm.. seems to be a theme going on)

all-time NFL: tossup between Barry Sanders or John Randle. (Wasn't around to watch Walter, so I can't really pick him)
