    ESPN hires Cris Carter

    http://beta.profootballtalk.com/2008/02/26/espn-hires-cris-carter/

ESPN announced today that former Eagles, Vikings and (briefly) Dolphins wide receiver Cris Carter will join the network as a TV analyst on April 1
The article states he'll work on the draft, NFL live, and sportscenter, but it's unknown if he'll be on Sunday NFL Countdown.

Nice to see he'll remain employed after the cancelation of the HBO show.
He doesn't do all that much for me personally as far as an analyst/commentator is concerned but hey, it's Cris freaking Carter.
    At least he is respectable.

    Good to hear.
I actually liked him as an analyst, so this is good news for me.

Yeah, I glad for him. I think he did a commendable job on HBO, he's got some good insights into the game...after all, like you said, he's Cris freaking Carter!

    Analyst?
Is that what you call those guys on Inside the NFL?

He was the weakest of the 3 ex-players, but he was okay.
