Eli Manning on Letterman

Did anybody happen to catch that?
I was flipping through and saw him on there and only caught the end of it.

Dave was being Dave and trying to get him to say something stupid... which I figured he would do.

He said something along the lines of... "So how about coach Bellichick(sp?) walking off the field early.
What do you think about that?
What do you think he was doing, what was going through his mind" (TOTALLY paraphrasing there).

Eli sat there for a bit, smiled and rather than say something to get himself in trouble... said something like

"I don't know, maybe he was trying to beat traffic"

It was pretty frickin hilarious... I really didn't think he had it in him - plus he handled it about as well as he could have.
