EAGLES PUT HIGH PRICE ON McNABB

EAGLES PUT HIGH PRICE ON McNABB

Adam Schefter of NFL Network reports that the Philadelphia Eagles were contacted before the trade deadline regarding the availability of quarterback Donovan McNabb.

And the requested price was not one, not two, but three first-round draft picks.

Hmm, suppose the Vikes looked into it?

    Dang!
Are the Iggles kidding themselves or what!??!??!??!
I wouldn't give even a single first round pick for him...he is inconsistent and injury prone.
And, he is going to want a new contract.
    Maybe one of our thirds...?
We could try to wait them out and see if he gets cut, but there seems to be a lot of QB need in the NFL right now...might miss the oppurtunity...?

With him and TJack, we'd have two similar QBs...what's the chances we can keep one of them healthy?

This was basically the Eagles way of saying, "He is not up for trade right now, unless you want to give us a ridiculous amount of compensation in return."

When the Eagles are serious about talking trades with McNabb (this offseason?) they will want way less than three first round picks in return.

Mountain you have only have to put the encode number ,in this case K3hzBCHN7qg, between the youtube icon.

About the topic ,I don´t really think the Eagles hope anymoron give them
3 first rounds for a 31 injure prone ,it is hilarious...

Funny thing is, 12 months from now, someone will be pulling crap out of his ass and saying how Childress could have got McNabb and didn't.

Which will be prefaced or followed by a "Fire Childress" comment.

The eagles have gone nuts if they think they can get that for McNabb. Don't get me wrong I'm a McNabb fan but he worth more to the eagles off their roster then on it. I'd give the eagles $2.50 and a jawbreaker, maybe a dolla and some envelopes.

They are dreaming if they think he's worth that much, maybe, just maybe, about 5 yrs ago.
Now he may be worth a first and box of ho-hos.
