Drew Pearson remembers "Hail Mary"
http://www.reporternews.com/news/2008/jun/27/ex-cowboy-teamwork-key-in-all-ventures/
Former Dallas Cowboys great Drew Pearson reached for his cell phone and addressed the media: "I'd better turn this off before I get a call from (team owner) Jerry Jones," he joked.
Pearson, who played for the Cowboys from 1973-83, visited Abilene on Thursday to speak at the Salvation Army's "A Century of Service" celebration at the Abilene Civic Center...Kentucky Vikes Fan

When you require nothing, you get nothing; when you expect nothing, you will find nothing; when you embrace nothing, all you will have is nothing.

Re: Drew Pearson remembers "Hail Mary"
I actually missed the "Hail Mary" cause I was still pissed over that one. >"That was of course a big play in Cowboy history and a play that we needed. Everybody really talks about the Hail Mary, but they have a tendency to forget we had a fourth-and-16 two plays before that. If we didn't hit that play, the game's over," Pearson said.

Just in case we have some who didn't get to see the game, here is some other stuff/fallout from the game, especially Frans loss.

Re: Drew Pearson remembers "Hail Mary"
I remember the game and play all to well.....My best friend Mike C., we where in his basement watching the game on TV, he was and still is a die hard Cowgirl fan.....I didn't talk to him for about a month...LOL
Worst non called penalty I ever seen in my life.....The refs had to be getting some coin, I truly believe that to this day..

I LOVE THE SMELL OF VICTORY IN THE MORNING AIR.
