Adrian Peterson's 103 yards rushing was a club record for a rookie in his first game. Broke D.J.Dozier's modest 57 yards in 1987. "The dream started when he was seven years old," said Nelson Peterson. I can just hear little Adrian now. "You know, I just dreamt that I broke D.J. Dozier's Minnesota Viking record of a modest 57 yards rushing for a rookie in his first game. What do you think of that?"

Actually the Vikings are #18... not that his ranking really matters.

We beat the Falcons, so that puts them at the bottom of the list.
The Packers beat the Eagles so they go to #11.
Titans are at #4, because they ran a bunch.

I do agree with the Cleveland and the Indy pick though.

I had to laugh at this quote too:

This is probably the worst "professional" ranking list I have ever seen.

Im not sure...i think he was the offensive cordinator but even if he was the defensive cordinator its still funny cuz he must have tolf all the defensive players this crap in practice

I dug this little tid-bit up.

Grossman said that he hasn't spoken to Rivera but speculated that perhaps Rivera was making the comments stemming from a back-and-forth Grossman had at the end of the 2006 season with Minnesota Vikings safety Darren Sharper.

Center Olin Kreutz was a little less diplomatic.

"I think Ron Rivera showed you right there why he's not here anymore," Kreutz said. "He's kind of a mean guy."

Ron Rivera has no class to be saying those things about an ex-player of his...but that is to be expected from somebody who has worked in the Chicago organization for several years.
