I think this is a great hire for the Dolphins. Honestly, I would trade Frazier for Philbin in a hearbeat. I think he has been ready for a couple of years. I don't know if he has the right amount of talent in Miami ... but he will have an immediate impact on their offense anyway.

I agree, midgensa. I think this is a fine hire by Miami. Philbin will steer them in the right direction.

A fresh new start for him. Good for a nice guy like him and a great coach. After the tragedy he and his family has been through recently. Hope the Fins turn it around.

That might mean Matt Flynn lands in Miami soon as well.
