Does it matter who's the Chicago Bears quarterback if he's hurt?
Gotta love his opening line...... ;D

The Bears supposedly were Jay Cutler’s favorite team when he was a kid, and I’m thinking, maybe because he knew he could start for them even as a kid.
And now that Santa Claus, Ind.’s little boy has grown up -- physically for sure; emotionally, not so much -- the Denver diva could start for the Bears now.
But of course he would be dead before the end of the first game, what with an offensive line apparently modeled after the state’s rolling tollways
.

And to think, we fans beeeyyyatch about our OL.... ;D

I go to most of them all the time.
Thought I would put up some of the more interesting ones.
Heck, on a side note, when I ref something after the draft were someone did something (ala Foley screwing the pooch on Cutler) I will be able to find the articles again...... ;D

So yes, just be patient, friends. If the team still looks this way in August, then you can scream and shout. But until then, please sit on your hands silently.

Another feel good story, a division rival doing nothing yet to improve, thanks Marrdro. I don't know what the Bear plan is, but I like it so far.

The more we get into the offseason and I see what other teams are really doing, I just don't fret so much about our situation.
As I said in the other thread........What are our biggest concerns?
Sure the hell isn't as bad as alot of teams out there right now.

18 Mar Any Right Tackles out there?
Your starting right tackle for the 2009 Chicago Bears — Cody Balogh!
Ugh!
No offense, I don’t even know Cody and he could probably give me a good ass whuppin, but the undrafted free agent and practice squad vet is all that’s left.
The cupboard is bare.
As John St. Clair sings “Cleveland Rocksâ€
for twice the money the Bears offered and John Tait rides off into his “golden years†at the ripe old age of 34, the Bears offensive line looks to sport 3 new starters in 2009.
Here’s how your starting offensive line shapes as of the first day of mini-camp

I am starting a grass roots effort now..........If our DL doesn't put the BORES QB on his ass at least 4 times in the first game I want Ole Leslies ass gone.
