    I don't know.
    It isn't a sweepstakes or lottery, which would be governed by federal laws and therefore open only to us citizens.
    It is a drawing to determine who can purchase tickets - there is no "prize".
    I don't know what international commerce stipulations are in place for it.


    I do know that Olympic tickets are handled differently for each country, and a lot of it has to do with trade and commerce regulations.
    I wouldn't be surprised if the Super Bowl is the same.
    I would send them a letter asking if it is open to people outside the US.

    I will do just that. I guess since its no "free" prize I could win, I could only win a right to buy a ticket for the original face value, hence i dont have to pay any tax in neither US nor Sweden for my winnings... It might be this could work internationally as well! I hope so at least.
