Defending NFC champ Cardinals fall in opener
http://nbcsports.msnbc.com/id/32831739/ns/sports-nfl/
I saw on a pregame where the talking heads predicted Arizona would repeat as NFC Champions. The team responded by handing us this stinker:
49ers hand Arizona first divisional loss in two seasons

Re: Defending NFC champ Cardinals fall in opener
Right after I watched the Vikes game I went to a Cardinals party.
I was actually rooting for the Niners because I think the Cards are more of a playoff threat.
I'm here to tell you the Cards looked pathetic.
If they don't bench Warner, they will struggle to reach 8-8.
Both teams looked awful and out of sync.
It reminded me of a preseason game.
Good thing I have tix to the game this year.

The Cards are a one guy team (Fitzgerald), take him out of the game and they are done.
Everyone has film on him this year.
They will not repeat as NFC champs.
They will be lucky to make the playoffs.

Him and Favre are like the guy in Monty Python Holy Grail that says "I'm not dead yet."
The problem with Warner is he is streaky.
He will come back and play well yet this year.
He is still their best chance to win at this time.
JMHO!

Hopefully the Seahags give the 49ers a beat down next week.
I dont want the 9ers coming into town in a couple weeks....thinking they are good!
;DI'd much rather see the Packers miss the playoffs because of their talent then because of their injuries.

Re: Defending NFC champ Cardinals fall in opener
I respectfully disagree.
The two picks he threw were dent-skull stupid.
Nothing more than really bad decisions.
He did the same thing during the preseason too.
At the party I was at I remarked that Warner might have to hand the reigns over to Leinhart.
Most of the people in the room readily agreed with me.
The turnovers definitely made the difference in this game.

And I called it. Madden curse + superbowl hangover = losing.
We're bringing purple back.

I will give the Cardinals as much respect as they deserve.
None.Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please. Mark Twain
