    Culpepper out of minicamp, still rehabbing knee

    Miami Dolphins quarterback Daunte Culpepper, who is still recovering from a second surgery on his right knee, said he won't fully take part in the team's minicamp next weekend....
    And yet people still bash Childress for wanting him to rehab somewhere where we could have monitored his progress...
