    LMAO now!

(I was then, but I don't believe in I told you so that soon after being right)
    Just so you all know.
When we lost to Tampa to open the season a couple years ago.
    That was ALL Webby's fault.
He predicted the night before that Daunte was going to blow chunks.
And sure enough... Daunte blew chunks and we lost.
    Blew chucks is right.
Culpepper had 3 interceptions and 2 lost fumbles.
He single-handedly lost that game for us.
I still remember 'ol Gruden going crazy on the sideline like he had just won the Superbowl.
    Skol!

I blame Moe Williams for that one.

I wouldn't go that far. There will always be another team ready to give him a chance, as long as he shows he can get (and stay) healthy again.
That's a might big "...as long as...", bruddah.
Closing in on 2 years now and he's not close to being right.

Well, if there's going to be anything that prevents a down-on-their-luck team from taking a flyer on a guy that had the season Pep did in 04, it's going to have to be a mighty big "as long as".

If Doug Flutie got as many chances as he did, there's no way that Culpepper is done in this league.
I don't think Flutie ever had to overcome an injury like this one.
That's more what my point is - he's got to prove he's worth signing before someone will really give him any money.

Culpepper may get the injury re-habbed well enough to play again, but how does he fix up his vision problem?

I didn't mean to compare injury situations. I have no idea what types of injuries Flutie dealt with during his career. I also wasn't contesting that Pep has to show he's overcome his injury problems. My point was more along the lines of saying that if he does get medical clearance to play, his most recent quality of play on the field won't stop teams from taking a chance on him. It'll stop some teams, but there will be somebody out there to sign him because of his 04 season. Heck, didn't some team try to bring Jeff George out of retirement last year? There are some teams that will try anything and anybody that they think might help them.

This guy is such a joke. He had a lot going for him in Minnesota but had to be an idiot and request a trade and send out stupid e-mails like this one. Read the old posts.. I was one of the many that saw how his career word turn for the worst soon before the trade. The guy was a dick to our franchise and deserves what he is getting.

Come on, I have to deal with a Billy Goat curse on my baseball team. Don't make me deal with a Webby curse on my football team!

Dear Granpa,..err Al Lewis, I mean Al Davis,

Hi. My name is Daunte Culpepper, maybe you've heard of me? I hear you need a QB, and really like big, fullback size ones like JaMarcus Russell. Some folks compare him to me! Soon, I will manipulate my way out of Miami, and then you can sign me, and draft Calvin Johnson instead. I'm REALLY good at just chuckin the ball to freakish recievers, just ask Randy Moss. I do have small hands and fumble a bit, but not always.

    Yours, D.C.

P.S. Remember Daryl Lamonica? You liked him, right? I can read the D just like he did.
