    Sounds like this won't be going down...

    The Chiefs aren't likely to move past the discussions phase with former All-Pro quarterback Daunte Culpepper, leaving more questions about which direction the team might go after losing Brodie Croyle this past Sunday.

    The Chiefs were scheduled to speak with Culpepper on Monday, but it appears that's as far as the sides will get.

    That seems like an odd logic.
    Why would the Chiefs bring in Pep for an interview if they had no intentions of signing him?
    There must be more to this.

    I think its sad that Pep isn't in the league.
    Sure, he had some.. interesting years since departing from the Vikes, but he's still a better QB than some of the starting QBs around the league and deserves another shot.

    I heard Culpepper and Moss are going to be inked this offseason.
