Crennel agrees on extension.
Crennel is a class act.
2005: 6 wins
2006: 4 wins
2007: 10 wins
2008: contract extension
He was 10-22 the first two seasons and almost swept in the AFC North only winning a game.
I wonder if the typical flash in the pants moronic fan would have fired him after year one or year two?
I've always considered him a class act and wish him well.

Adam Caplan, of Scout.com, reports Cleveland Browns head coach Romeo Crennel has signed a two-year contract extension worth between $3.8 million and $4.2 million per season, according to a league source. Crennel could make up to $4.2 million each year of the extension depending on the team's performance.

Re: Crennel agrees on extension.
I still don't think he's that great of a coach. Remember, Brian Billick signed an extension at the end of last season... how's that working out?

Re: Crennel agrees on extension.
He's a man of character and knows the game well.
i would take him over many of the HCs in the league.
Billick had his chance and he also has a ring, appeared to work out ok to me.
Crennel is 10x the man Billick is, I expect good things from him in the HC position.Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please. Mark Twain
