wow 13 out of 18 isnt completely horrible. i have no doubt in my mind someone will pick him up soon. a player of his caliber shouldnt be out of work long. every player has a rough patch in their career. the cowboys made a mistake letting him go IMO
:o WOW, I thought this was another one of you're jokes, Acumen.
( although there probably aren't many other athletes with the last name Vanderjagt)
I have to agree with darkmage2012, bad move by the Cowboys, especially since they invested so much money into this guy.
Ha ha ha ha ha.......screw Vanderjagt.
Parcells probably knew that if they get into the playoffs Vanderjagt would miss a big one if called upon. Accurate but far from clutch. The guy gets what he deserves.
I was wondering what happened to Martin Gramatica, oh well Vanderjagt is a jerk anyway.

haha. i dont remember this. thats hilarious, vanderjagt sounds like an idiot. i was wondering how long he would last in dallas. you cant miss all those and expect to keep your job...Quote:
With the Colts, Vanderjagt was nearly automatic but suffered interpersonal problems after he ripped Peyton Manning on TV only to have Manning fire back and call him "liquored-up idiot kicker."
Holy! That is some funny poop. You're right, 13 for 18 isn't completely horrible... unless you get paid $2M a year to kick FGs.
The Packers will probably pick up VanderJERK no doubt!
What took so long, He never reminded me of a football player.
Also kickers aren't suppose to run their mouths.
I didn't even know they could talk untill he came along.
Now he has more time to drink.
i was at the cowboys /vikings preseason game, where he missed:
- a last second 30yr ish FG to win
- an OT 30 yrd ish FG
and i'm pretty sure he missed ANOTHER in OT.. but i know for sure he missed 2
