I remember during HS we had an indoor meet in one and the pole vaulters couldn't get through the main doors, so they had to go to a side garage door the first one would open, then close behind them, followed by another garage door opening to keep the pressure.

Sounds like there were some pretty serious injuries, including one broken back, a compound fracture, and one man impaled by a flying object.
