Snagged this from somebody's facebook wall.
Who can name them all? I've got seven.
top row: #22 Bobby Layne(Steelers), #9 Bill Wade(Bears), #15 Bart Starr(Pack), #19 Johnny Unitas(Colts), #16 George Blanda? (Raiders, not 100% on this one)
Bottom Row: #10 Fran Tarkenton, #17 Don Meredeth(Cowboys
)
Found the actual answers:
1961: Quarterbacks of the NFL (back, L-R) Milt Plum(Browns), Bobby Layne(Steelers), Sam Etcheverry(st.L Cardinals), Bill Wade(Bears), Bart Starr(Packers), Johnny Unitas(Colts), Norm Snead(Redskins) & Zeke Bratkowski(LA Rams),
(front L-R) Jim Ninowski(Lions), Fran Tarkenton(Vikings), Don Meredith(Cowboys), John Brodie(49ers), Sonny Jergensen(Eagles) & Y.A. Tittle(Giants).
That is pretty cool. I got 6 off the top of my head, 10 with just a little bit of research. There were a few that gave me trouble though, and I had to peek at the answers. :D
EDIT: And to be fair, I did it off the color version. I would have really had trouble with the black and white.

Lookit that Johnny U - holding onto the ball until the last second to make the play.

A little before my time. I had problems with Sonny, he did not age well & I only remember him in Washington, I didn't even know he played for Philly. Bobby Layne I thought played for the bears for some reason. Brodie very young but he looked similar many years later when I began to watch football (I must have seen him at the end of his career or he must be a rookie there). I didn't recognize Dandy Don until I narrowed down the field and knew the uniform had to be Dallas,then I realized it was him. Tark was a suprise; if he didn't have the Vikes uni on I would have never thought that was him.
No mistaking Johnny U or Bart Starr. Bottom row much easier than the top row that is for sure.
The two I didn't get were shots in the dark!!
